Merge problem...

Hello,

I've noticed something odd...

New ticket arrives in some queue...

Agent open preview, and press merge option (ticket is new, no one is owner nor responsible), agent makes no changes in merge window and closes that window...

After that ticket stays in new state, but owner and responsible becomes agent who accidentily previewed merge option...

How could this be solved?

I haven't tried, but it should work when you disable Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketMerge###RequiredLock in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewMerge (SysConfig).

but now somebody can accidently merge this ticket without being the owner. which is more harmful.

So better aproach is to educate the agents properly
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
