Hi all. disable customer notification

Hi all.
Is there a way to disable all email notification to customers?
In particular I want to disable this notification by opening a ticket.

Yes. Don't have valid email addresses for customers.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

or don't assign a auto reply to the queue
