Hallo,

wenn ich die Anhänge im FS speichere, kann ich keine emails (eröffnung von Tickets) mehr ans system schicken. gehe ich wieder zurück auf ArticleStorageDB, funktioniert alles wieder.

Was mache ich falsch ? Ab wann lohnt es sich den Anhänge im FS zu speichern ?

ich tippe mal die Berechtigungen sind fehlerhaft. Ein Blick ins Log sollte Aufschluss geben
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
