Impact field

Impact field
When I create a ticket I want the agent to select the appropiete impact and criticillity. I am using the Dynamic Field TicketFreeText14 for it but it stays blanc. How can I let it use the fields from the ITSM::Core::Impact values?

To explain it in detail:
When I want to create a ticket I want to manually select the Impact, Criticility and Priority.

It's work when Service Support is enable and Service is linked to customer. Criticality is one of Service attributes and set there (while creating Service). When you create ticket, after selecting Service - an Impact field will available to enter value
