Hi,
nachdem mir hier niemand sonderlich gut geholfen hat

, habe ich mehrere Stunden herumgesucht

->und siehe da ich hab erfahren, dass man dieses Tool downloaden kann.

jetzt stellt sich die frage wenn ich auf ftp://ftp.orts.org gehe, wo finde ich dieses tool
oder besser gesagt wie heißt dieses tool????

Die Funktion ist in OTRS integriert. Es gibt kein Tool zum Download.

Mir scheint für Dich wäre es besser, wenn Du dich mal an sales@otrs.com wendest und dir das System einrichten lässt.

Um Verwirrungen zu vermeiden, haben wir den Thread geschlossen.

Es gibt ja auch bereits einen anderen Thread dazu.

Bitte verzichte in Zukunft darauf, mehrere Threads zum selben Thema zu eröffnen.
