answer - unnecessary popup

Hello,

I did upgrade from version 2.3 -> 2.4 -> 3.0 -> 3.1 and I have one little problem.
Previously when I wrote reply to the ticket it was an area to write in the same window, and now opens a new window to respond.

How do I go back to the old way?
