how to create signature for customer

In new ticket , how can we assign signature of customer who loggin to create new tickets.so agent can know who has raised ticket in body of ticket also

the data is shown on the ticket itself. There are no signatures for customers
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
