Hi please anybody help me, i was install a chat in the dashboard of my OTRS for communicate to my agents of network. please anybody help me is very important. thanks.

knew that they would send that link, and I followed him and me in the dashboard shows the title of IM but nothing appears only an icon of a torn sheet of paper
