ITSM CI expiry date

Hi
I've just installed OTRS 3.1.7 & ITSM as we're looking for a better helpdesk solution that is ITIL v3 compliant.

I'm reading the manual too but will know-doubt have a raft of questions .....

Can a notification be crerated linked to CI expiry dates ? This would be used to notify the admin user when licences or support contracts are due for renewal

Can someone confirm this with high-level pointers so that this can be achieved

It's a long time the user answer this question and no reply yet.
We have the same need. It would be appreciate a notification system that notify agents of due dates.

I'd like to be notified, i.e., if a Software License Due Date is reached so that all my colleagues can contact the customer and/or the vendor for a new purchase/contract/dealing.
