urgent help....

i dont know what happen .in customer pannel all queue is not showing only few queue is showing and i did nothing with queue setting.

please help me..

The queues must be in group users in order for Customers to see them, unless you have CustomerGroupSupport enabled and then the Customers need to be members of the groups the queues hold.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

i know this ....all is working fine .customergroup is enabled and added to group also.
but dont know what is wrong ?

Check if:
Queue is not invalid
Queue group membership
Customer group membership
ACLs aren't in place
you haven't done anything else to show only certain queues to customers: viewtopic.php?f=60&t=7138

i had check every thing Group is valid and assign to queue .all queue are valid ,infact strange is i did all queue as valid and added more queue then also no updation in queue .

like data base is got struck.

now due to shortage of time iam installing fresh.
but this issue break me down and also all my effort and hard work to 0.

how to check log of every activities done in OTRS

check if you activated some settings to show only some queues in customer portal via sysconfig. (Hint: search for Panel)

i installed new.
but now when i login into customer , by default , SLA is not in new ticket.
i checked sysconf
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###SLA is set to YES

then why is not showing SLA in New Ticket
