Hi I hope your help, well the problem is this, I have in my company a mail server in a hosting and in the network internal a server dedicated only for OTRS, how avoid that receive spam, because as I said are in a hosting. OTRS can be integrated with spamassassin.

typically OTRS will receive or fetch mails from your company mail server. So you won't need additional SPAM protection

OK, but if a spam filtered of the protection spam of the server hosting and arrives to the server OTRS, how would to avoid this? it would come as any mail.

If you expect filtering to be better at OTRS Server than your hosted email, you might wish to consider a different hosting provider, or host the mail and mail filter yourself.
