please read well before of close the problem as it really is an upgrade and the other is a problem in loading web page. Not are the same error.

Both say there is a problem with your Apache config (it's even the same error message).
You have several Alias directives in your config. Then the order is important. See http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_alias.html

No, in one make reference to the line 8 that is a link in /otrs-web/.. but in this that is other server apache don't haver error and after of upgrade say error in line 7 and 8 and this line is add. so even re-opened my case and thanks.
