how to make backup server of otrs

iam trying to make a backup server of otrs .
i did rsync of otrs and data base.but it gives lot of db error.
so how can i create a backup of otrs server in linux same as otrs server.so i can up backup server if my main server goes down.
i had 2 centos server.in 1 i installed otrs . now on 2nd i need for backup same as 1.

but now i want sync both database .how ?

Ask a database administrator. Or learn about master/slave databases, of which you won't get (much) support through this forum as that question is a database one, not an OTRS one.

so can u tell me how u were managing yours OTRS database?
