plugins for monitoring?

i see there are all some plugins for monitoring? we would like to monitor the servers so if you could confirm if this is free also?

To monitor OTRS servers please use the plugins for webserver, OS and CPU, RAM, Diesk etc for your monitoring system. To monitor OTRS specific parameters you can use the plugin which is part of the free SystemMonitoring package.
