Show FreeField info in ticket zoom

Since we migrated to OTRS3.x the free field information visible on the right panel in ticket zoom are not longer present (as known from OTRS2.7).
Freefields are not shown at all (even if they are filled) in ticket zoom. Is there an option which need to be enabled to get them back visible?

yes, you need to enable them in the TicketZoom Settings in Sysconfig
