wo finde ich dieses Tool oder Konfiguration?

Wie alle anderen Konfigoptionen auch, lässt sich die Statusview über die SysConfig einschalten.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
