Hello,
I configured my OTRS for multiple customer IDs support as described in admin guide, but in this case customer recieve access to all tickets, created by customers listed in his 'CustomerIDs' field. Does OTRS have opportunity to share only some tickets among customers?
OTRS Version 3.1.11, LDAP customer backend is used.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
