How to prevent adding RE:text to the new article ?

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to adjust PostMaster Filter so that after some a word in the letter's Body was found (for example - From), filter removes the rest of the text after this word. How to set up the first part of the task is clear - in Filter Condition - Body = From. But what can be the next step ?

If it's no possible which way I can prevent adding RE:text (or some not necessary signature) to a new article ticket (or a new ticket).

PS: For some customers we have to use Email for New ticket creation and post-processing.

Then you'll have to find a way to work around this. You shouldn't be using email/forwarding to create tickets on behalf of customers. Copy/paste to new ticket through the interface.
