unable to send attachment along with closed notification

Hi,

I am facing a small problem. i want to send a attachment along with the closed ticket notification to the ticket requester.

Please guide me how to do that. when i am attaching any file it is displaying in the agent note.

use the replyfunction instead of notes and automatic notifications to the customer. Thats how OTRS is designed, don't try to copy the nonsense other ticket systems need for mailing
