Need ArticleTypeID!

Need ArticleTypeID!

Hai All,

At the moment I've been looking at this message for a while and I just don't get it.

All my Tickets get the correct number and are registrated accept for a Mail or Phone ticket I make myself. If I want to initiate the first contact myself it gives me:

"Error Message: Need ArticleTypeID!"

With this Error Detail:

Probably it is a backend Error message but I just don't understand what might cause this?

Someone has a idea? Online I have not been succesful in finding the answer to this and it is just to much info for me to comprehend.
