Include / Embed Survey in the closed Ticket email.

Hi guys,

I have installed OTRS ver 3.1.11 with the add-on module Survey 2.1.5 on CentOS 6.
It works perfectly. Every time I closed a ticket, the survey module fire an invite email to customer to do the survey.

This is fine, but it does cost one more email to be sent to the customer to see the survey link, and this is really annoy.
I would like to include/embed the survey link in the last reply email - which will close the ticket.

By this way, when the customer recieve the last email, they can see the survey link and make decision to take the survey also.

Is it posible to config otrs work likes this way ?

Another question : When sending the survey invitation email, there is no info about the initial ticket which related to that survey. Is there any way to include the initial loop mail or subject related to that ticket inside the invatation email ?

For included in the mail sent the detail about of the topic of the survey can do editing the content of the survey.
