from past 1 day i am getting the screenshot error when i run the below command, i have searched on google but not able to find an good solution for the same. please someone help me.

Did you upgrade OTRS? Did you run the script twice?

Yes i have upgraded OTRS 3.1.10 to 3.1.11 and run the script twice by mistake.
