notifications/reply/forward not able to send

hi,

Today i have changed the email address (pop3 and smtp). i am able to receive the mails. where i am not able to send the notifications and reply/forward of any ticket.

Please find the error message when i am trying to reply to a message with test answer.

Help me in fixing the issue and suggest where i missed the configuration.

Note : - Even though it is not delivering the mail to destination. but it is showing in the ticket history.
before changing the email address it is working perfectly fine.

you might also need to change your smtp settings

I have changed the required settings where ever required. butt still the same problem. please find the log file below the errorr message it is showing.

the error is written clearly here:

5505.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

So contact the admin of the mailserver, you don't have permission to send as an empty sender

Can we send notifications in otrs with anonymous user accounts.

Issue got resolved. the problem with the new email-id it doesn't have the sending persmissions.

changed the setttings.
