Hello,
I am looking for a way to allow Agents to manually change the ticket State either from the Dashboard on one of the Tickets views (Queue or Status). Can I make the State column a dropdown menu?
I added a Dynamic Field to Ticket Zoom View -> Owner and Change Queue screens. But we want to change State when no other change has been made to the ticket.
