I am currently searching for a possibility to automatically set a Bcc whenever I compose a forward or reply mail from a ticket.
I am aware of the option to set the SendmailBcc parameter. But this is not quite what I want.
Actually I would like OTRS to set the Bcc address dynamically, i.e. according to the queue where the reply comes from.
At least the Bcc should be visible in the composer such that agents have the option to remove or modify the automated Bcc in the composer.
Has anyone an idea how to achieve this?
Best
Johnny

Re: Automatic and visible Bcc
Yes, somewhat. Don't do the automatic BCC and use the address book popup to assign.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

unless you accept crythias solution, you probably need some custom development work...
