OTRS dont send notification to the agent

Hi, i have a quetsion, how make for that when send notify the customer will get a copy to the agent, I created a notification (Event) and in Recipient groups have put Agent (Owner), when the notification is triggered by the event send notification to the customer but not the agent, would like to have a copy this. thanks

Please anybody help me! this work in the old version but to the upgrade the version, no work, i'm need have a copy of the notification, thanks
