Fetch mail cron job not working

Hi,

I have configured imap account in the post master mail account. When i manually select the fetch mail, It will fetch the emails, But now i want to activate the cron job to fetch mails. When i issue

crontab -l -u otrs, I see the following info.

Can any one guide me on this issue???

i have edited the file /otrs/var/cron/postmaster_mailbox and uncommented, and used Cron.sh start otrs to start the cron. But still no tickets are creating on the dashboard..

Hi, Thanks for the help, I got it solved. It was a path issue inside OTRS home. I fixed it by changing the /etc/passwd
