I was told this morning that sometime last week we stopped receiving tickets in OTRS.
I did not setup OTRS from the comapany so I am unsure how it should be configured to fetch email updates.
I can navigate to "PostMaster Email Accounts" and run "Fetch Mail" and we receive email updates, and tickets did seem to update when I ran otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl from the command line.
Is running otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl from cron the way I should be pulling updates or is there a better method?
Any help would be greatly appriciated, thanks.
