Hello,
I upgraded from otrs 3.0.10 to otrs 3.1.5 and at first glance it seems everything is intact, I can view the CMDB and all configuration files are still in there, however when I viewed the packages section it says not correctly deployed on some ITSM packages
My ITSM bundle installed during the upgrade was ITSM 3.0.5
Here are my failed packages...
1. ITSMConfigurationManagement 3.0.5 - Package not correctly deployed! Please reinstall the package.
2. ITSMCore 3.0.5 - Package not correctly deployed! Please reinstall the package.
3. ITSMIncidentProblemManagement 3.0.5 - Package not correctly deployed! Please reinstall the package.
What would you suggest i do in this situation? Iv heard that uninstalling the package would result to data loss :c
Also FYI. on the Upgrade page http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/en/html/upgrading.html
Within a single minor version you can skip patch level releases if you want to upgrade. For instance you can upgrade directly from OTRS 3.1.1 to version 3.1.4. If you need to do such a "patch level upgrade", you should skip steps 9, 11 and 13-19.
11. Restart your services.
---> im not so sure if no.11 really points to the correct information as it was required when upgrading with single minor version of OTRS 3.0
9. Refresh the configuration and delete caches
---> this is also a requirement in OTRS 3.0
8. Apply the database changes
--->and also does this mean I should do no.8 as this was not a requirement in OTRS 3.0
Please advise... Thank you
