few days before one of table "article" get crashed .after that i import last backup to start server.
but after that when iam replying ticket of customer with state "pending autoclose+" none of the ticket getting close in assigned time.
we have to manually again reply the ticket with state "closed sucessfully"..
when i check webmin for cronjob....its shocking that their is no cronjob of OTRS... before crashing of database it had cronjob of OTRS
what should i do to retain all cron job list of OTRS?

Start cron read the install docs.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
