Trying to launch installer.

Hi,

I'm using CentOS 6.3, with OTRS 3.1.12 and just got done installing OTRS.

I'm now trying to launch the installer in a web browser. http://www.mydomain.com/otrs/installer.pl
Which is not showing up but instead gives me a message: The connection has timed out. I'm using Firefox.

Should I check my ip setup? Dns? Apache?

UPDATE: Got the installer to go, I used http://ipaddress/otrs/installer.pl instead of domain name, I guess that was DNS issue..

Okay so now I receive this error on the STEP 2 Database settings page..
"Host 'ipaddress' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"

you need to set up your database server correctly
