OTRS On Shared Web Host

I installed OTRS 3.1 on a shared web host without root access to machine and database and without modifying apache's configuration file. However I am still able to create a database. The shared web host is using plesk control panel. Are there anyway to allow me to install otrs on the web host itself or anyway to allows me to open installer.pl from web browser.

I strongly recommend using OTRS on a dedicated server.

As you might need some additional PERL modules, need to change Apache, running Cronjobs etc. everthings else will end up with an experimental system
