Escalation Counter Shows Wrong

Hi,

I have setup Escalation timing for different Queues. Some Queues i'm getting the Time counter wrong.

According to the attachment i have configured solution time for 7 days. But in the upcoming events i see it as 24 days. Please help me to sort out this issue.

thats correct. In the dashboard the real time is shown. In the config settings it is the working time (as stated there)

I haven't set any calender to this Queue. I want it to be escalated in 7 days. But as Up coming events, it takes 24 days. But for other tickets i didn't get like this. How do you say it's correct??

please check your calender configuration (Framework -> Core:Time). The default settings are from 08:00 - 20:59

So it is correct
