Child ticket opened when added a note to parent ticket

Hi Everyone,

I am facing a problem since long back, when i am splitting a ticket it get parent and child. If the child ticket worked has completed we closed that ticket. But when we add any note a parent ticket which is linked to child again the child closed ticket is automatically opened. And note is added to child ticket also.

How do I make changes to it so that when I am adding any note it should not added to child ticket.

I uess you are using the master-Slave module and linked them as master-slave. So everthing is working as expected.

If you don't wan't this don't link them as master slave
