Hello,
I'have noticed error in otrs system log in admin portal...
Wed Jan 23 12:34:39 2013 error OTRS-CGI-86 The field configuration is invalid
And this usualy happens when auto notification is sent for responsible update, owner update or similar...
Anyone now how to debug this to see what is causing this error
