Hi;
I have several Queues with different SLA's. When i move one ticket to another one, it carries the same SLA time which has originally created. I'm expecting it would adhere to the new SLA after the Queue change.
Can anyone help me regarding this issue?
Regards,
Hasitha

Re: Changing the Queue Doesnt Change the Escalation Timer
I don't have services link to the queue. SLA's are defined per queue basis. So I'm expecting them to be changed among the Queue change. But it's not affecting to the counter. can you explain?
