pre closure case status

I wonder if there is a state otrs pre closing, meaning that it ends when an agent has a state of pre close to end-user approval.

Thanks, but as I get to give preclose not automatically pass the user and who is successful closing,

ie the tabs in the web client preclose appears alongside those of all open and closed, and there to give the successful cases can approve or return it to the agents

I don't know what you said, but it sounds like the answer is "OTRS doesn't do that" and "it requires development."
