I created a configuration of authentication LDAP and authorization HttpBasicAuth.
Both - agents and customers Single Sign On.
On client computer Windows XP SP3 it work perfectly in FF 16 and Chrome, but in IE 8 i have error when display subject ticket.
Brouser ask for autorization. All other functions work.
I try many variants servers : windows xp (windows 2003) iis (apache) ubuntu.
Only authorization HttpBasicAuth - i have this error permanently.
Are OTRS 3.1.11 not support IE 8 ?

check your IE settings. or upgrade to IE 9 to see if the question is fixed.
