I am using OTRS 3.2 and want to fetch emails automatically. I am using the OTRS on windows. I have read somewhere that cron jobs have to be setup for this.
Can i get a step by step procedure to perform this function?

the installer will create the cronjobs within cronw. Just restart otrs
