Hi there
can anyone help.
i have moved my ticket system to a new server and upgraded to 3.2.1 at the same time.. i did all the migration steps etc and everything appears to be working ok.
im now getting an error (about every hour) saying the following
ERROR: OTRS-otrs.UnlockTickets.pl-10 Perl: 5.10.1 OS: linux Time: Thu Jan 31 13:35:01 2013

the error in the header of the email says

in the recent event log i can see the following errors

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

we do not use Nagios so im not sure if this is trying to work or if it is hard coded to flow through these processes either way.
looking at the other thread it could well be related but so far no ideas on what to do to fix it.
im using mysql with centos 6.3.
i didnt have this issue on the previous version so im wondering if there is a problem with the release or if i missed something

than deinstall the SystemMonitoring module if you don't need it
