I have gone through the docs of OTRS to learn how to create a process. But, when I add the option for Service to the fields of an Activity Dialog and save everything, then go to create a new process ticket, the service field is completely missing.
I tried adding all of the options, and everything but the service field would show. I tried using only service, but all I get is a semi-blank window with the option to submit or cancel and close. If I hit submit the window just looks like it is refreshing. Any ideas? I am at a complete loss.

This was a bug in 3.2.1 which will be fixed in 3.2.2:
- 2013-01-29 Fixed bug#9095 - ProcessManagement: Service field does not show default services.
- 2013-01-29 Fixed bug#9088 - ProcessManagement: Service field is not displayed in AgentTicketProcess.
