How to Make OTRS Looks good in Mobile

Hi All,

I am looking on how to customize the customer web interface to fit to mobile, along with it the desktop version should be same as earlier without any changes
As of now when we look the otrs web interface in mobile its not user friendly.

can you suggest how can i achieve this.

the current otrs version we are using is 3.1.2
