i am adding a new queue from the admin tab and assigning it to groups as well.But the queue is vidible only in the agent interface and not the customer interface.
Please guide me as to which step m i missing.

If all customers get the new service, make it a default service. Otherwise, assigning the service to the appropriate customer.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks anyways ..Problem Solved.I had added an extra space in the group name to which my queue was assigned.
