We are looking to add a company signature to our OTRS signature, but for business purposes not allow it to be edited. We are able to add our HTML-based signature without any problems.
Our primary concern is agents being able to edit the signature. When composing a new email ticket, the signature is a separate field and unable to be edited by the agent. This is perfect for our needs. However, when replying to a customer's submitted ticket, the signature is an open and editable part of the body rather than a separate field. This could lead to an agent altering the information.
Is there a way to separate the signature field in Reply like it appears in Compose?
