Refresh of the Queue view.

Hello,

Last week i've updated from 3.1.10 to 3.1.12 but now the Queue view does not automatically refresh anymore.
Is there a way to check the settings so i can figure out how to fix this? Or is this a know bug?

check user settings for refresh times

It's set to 2 minutes, but it doesn't refresh.
Our team (7 persons) experience the same problem.
We never changed any settings too, i just updated OTRS and ran rebuildconfig and deletecache

check the HTML Source part of the page, there should be a RefreshSeconds in some javascript.

If not:

Javacript enabled?
all files there?
