Hi,
I want to make SLA and Service fields are mandatory while creating new ticket how to do that? i found http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Acti ... FydEhpdD0x this url when i searched in google about this but when i'm trying to access this url it showing Message: No Permission!.
