[SOLVED] Reply drop-down empty

Hi,
the reply drop-down in our OTRS installation is empty as shown on the screenshot here : http://ioudas.net/otrs_reply.jpg
I know this is a very basic question but I can't seem to solve it. What is it supposed to show?

Basically I need a means to reply to the customer, which the customer receives by email. I would expect the reply drop-down to be what I'm looking for.

You have to assign Response Templates to Queues
