Hi, somebody help me, I would like to know how to make the backup could only emails that have been downloaded to OTRS, from already thank you very much I hope someone can help.

all Mails whiche are fetched or sent are saved in the database. Thats the idea of a ticket system

also check article_type table for getting the article type ids for emails in article tables. Also check article_plain
