Creating Service through SOAP

I want to know if i can create Service in OTRS using SOAP. If so, then where can i get the WSDL file for the same.

This only provides creating tickets through WSDL. Not creating services

you need to develop a new Connector first
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
