Hello,
in our Signatures we have a Link to our customer satisfaction survery. At creating a new Ticket (E-Mail Ticket) and sending it out the Variables in the Signature doesn't get assigned. How can we improve this? Can we make a if query or something else that this signature part will not be send at the first mail?

You could, in theory, create email tickets in a queue with a signature that doesn't have the link, then move the ticket to the appropriate queue.
Anything else seems a bit more manual labor.
Although it does occur to me that you may want to move the customer survey link to response instead of signature. That should (?) reasonably accomplish your goal.
